Bowes Railway 1940s Education Day
St Annes School enjoyed an afternoon at Bowes Railway 1940s Education Day which forms part of the Springwell village 1940s weekend event.
Members of the Northern NWW2 Group and other volunteers groups set up Living History for them to visit. They also enjoyed a mini tour of Bowes Railway workshops and wagon shop.
